Dr. Jason Crespo, MD discovered his passion for plastic surgery as a medical student at UConn and applied for this highly competitive residency program. With only 48 integrated plastic surgery openings in the country, Dr. Crespo acquired a highly coveted spot in the well-respected Plastic Surgery Program at UMass Medical. He spent the next six years gaining invaluable experience in facial, breast, and lower extremity reconstruction.
After completing his plastic surgery residency, Dr. Crespo decided to broaden his skills and subsequently completed an Orthopedic Hand Fellowship at UMass. Hand surgery involves attributes of many surgical specialties such as microsurgery, vascular surgery, orthopedic surgery, and plastic surgery. This additional training allows Dr. Crespo to provide his patients with functionality along with keen attention to detail. Dr. Crespo is a well-rounded surgeon who well exceeds general plastic surgery needs such as breast augmentation, breast reduction, mommy makeover, surgical and non-surgical facial rejuvenation, body contouring (arm lifts, thigh lifts) lasers, and buttock augmentation.
Dr. Crespo is excited to serve patients within the growing Lake Nona/Central Florida communities. In his off time, Dr. Crespo enjoys traveling with his wife, Jenelle and spending time with their two amazing daughters, Sofia and Scarlett. He is also an avid “sneakerhead”, a loyal Cowboys fan, and is fluent in Spanish.
